M. Habib Ullah Khan

Mr. Habib Ullah Khan is the founder and chairman of Mega Conglomerate. The Mega & Forbes Group of Companies (Mega Group – mfg) is a diversified conglomerate with business holdings including the country’s largest container terminal, third largest dairy producer, top tier cement manufacturing company, vertically integrated shipping company and the progressive real-estate developer responsible for the only L.E.E.D. certified commercial building in Pakistan. He joined the board in July 2023 as Chief Executive Officer of the Pioneer Cement Limited.

As a prolific philanthropist, Mr. Khan has been patron of many social and environmental initiatives over the last four decades and has become strongly associated with various charitable causes. Most recently, he made the generous endowment of a building for visiting faculty members at the Institute of Business Administration in Karachi.
