Incorporation

Pioneer Cement Limited (PCL) was incorporated in Pakistan as a public company limited by shares on February 09, 1986. Its shares are quoted in Pakistan Stock Exchange and its Paid up Capital is 227.1 million shares of Rs. 10/= each.

The principal activity of the Company is manufacturing and sale of cement.
