Muhammad Sohail Anjum is a Mechanical Engineer by Profession and he earned B.Sc. (Honors) degree from University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.

Sohail brings over 25 years of hands-on experience of International and National Cement Industry. He contributed as Director Experts with Lafarge group in Africa, Middle East, Asia and Eastern Europe to improve the Cement Industrial Performance across 44 countries. His last assignment was with Lafarge Holcim group as Director Maintenance at the World’s 2nd Largest Cement Plant in Egypt.

Sohail joined Pioneer Cement during August 2019 as Head of Works and has the ambition to travel with Pioneer Cement Family towards Industry 4.0.
